Pumpkin Patch, Sept. ‘08

After we left Oak Glenn, we stopped at the pumpkin patch in Yucaipa.

The Forest Service Fire Fighters were there with logs and a big double ended hand saw. (thank God Steve got back with the snacks before I had to do the saw with Mason!)

After each kid cut off a piece of the log, the fire men branded both sides with their logos.

Then the hunt was on to find the Best pumpkin… Owen wanted every Pumpkin. He "loved" this one, and the rest of the time he carried around a small one with him.

Mason found a really nice green "Cinderella" pumpkin… and guarded it the whole time we were in the patch, making sure that no one else took it!

Then we ran into Smokey the Bear.

Looks like it was a long day… everyone was tired. Mommy secretly wished that she could ride in the wheel barrow too! J

Apple Picking, Sept. '08

We spent a day in Oak Glenn, picking apples, pony rides, petting zoo, and eating caramel apples!

MMMM…… Doughnuts! Sept. '08

Owen loves his doughnuts!…. He was able to pull the whole box of doughnuts down, and helped himself to a late morning snack!

Pirates, September ‘08

My Pirate Boys!

In September, Mason was invited to a pirate birthday party. Both Mason and Owen love pirates. Since that party, Owen found that ho really likes to dress up as a pirate.

Get ready for overload!

Since I havent had time to update with pictures in QUITE AWHILE.... I am going to overload everyone with pictures! So, be prepared... I am going to try to get it caught up before Emmy comes on Friday. Then there will be more!!!!! :) I am going to post them in the order that they were taken (and I will try to remember at least the month that they were taken.... I KNOW that I will never remember dates) :)

Eviction notice

To: Miss Emerson Reynolds

To the above tenant in possession of below described premises:

I am issuing 14 day notice for EVICTION. You will have 14 days in which you can either gather your belongings and promptly vacate the premises, or wait until the final day. After which, you will be physically removed from the property.

You are being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the FRONT of the house, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the house were also made!

Remodeling and gutting of the home was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper AND lower levels of the home. On top of which, the landlord has received numerous complaints about nightly disturbances.

After 14 days from this day that you don't comply with the notice will result in immediate and forceful removal at my discretion.
